I took my heart unawares I took my heart unawares, and asked, “O my heart, answer me, You did ensnare me, With love, despite me! You lit the fire of longings, Setting ablaze flames, Leaving for me a weird wound, Despotic and disturbed! All wounds are healed Save mine, that stabs my heart! Amazing is that wound, Open and deep, In one's heart, Without knowing why!
