• Lovers' Windows

Lovers' Windows Lovers' windows remain closed; We know not who coming now. The seagulls come back exhausted With her wings sparkling and twinkling As lightning. So a hurricane inundates people’s hearts; And an earthquake hits everything in depth! Thus words start there sweeter, And most exquisite! So meekness seep in hearts Hence the sinful becomes truly guided; His merciless heart becomes tender Because love refines hearts, Inspiring them, imbibing them With sound decisions! Have you ever fallen in love? Did you savour passions? You know that people, Before falling in love live as slaves. When they thaw in love, Adoration sets them free, So they proceed covertly, As a flock of butterflies heading for the horizon. You hear just the sound of thunderbolts! As if the end of lovers were decided: Either to die thunderstruck Or die, wading in the fire Of passions and yearnings dire! Whatever happened Yes, whatever happened It would be impossible to return; Impossible to succumb! Here we are burning the last papers! Once upon a time you were to me The whole world; The yearnings and throbbing heart. Between you and me, myriad barriers are set in love Even though hurricane of your love hits me deep down! Even if the love that we had once waded in Was the remnant of a trick! Let us continue as two goblets Under the shade of love, The sweetest of them is bitter! I savour the acrimony in my mouth
